Selling Your Home

Selling a home is a big deal - financially, emotionally, and logistically. Whether you are moving across town or across the country, the goal is the same: get to the closing table feeling good about the outcome and without unnecessary stress along the way.
I will be honest with you about pricing, realistic about timing, and available when you have questions. My job is to make sure you understand every step before it happens so that things are less likely to catch you off guard throughout the process.

Here’s What Working Together Actually Looks Like

Step 1: Let’s Talk‍ ‍We start with a no-obligation conversation about your goals, your timeline, and what matters most to you. No pressure, no pitch - just a chance to make sure we are a good fit and that you have the information you need to move forward confidently.
Step 2: Pricing It Right‍ ‍ Pricing is the single most important decision in the selling process. I will walk you through what the market is actually doing in your neighborhood, what comparable homes have sold for, and what a realistic pricing strategy looks like for your specific situation. No inflated numbers to win your business - just an honest picture.
Step 3: Preparing Your Home‍ ‍Before we list, I will walk through your home with you and share straightforward recommendations on what is worth addressing and what is not. I work with trusted local vendors if you need them, and I will never push you to spend money where it is not going to make a difference.
Step 4: On the Market ‍Your home will be professionally photographed and marketed to reach the right buyers. I will keep you updated on activity, feedback, and next steps without overwhelming you with unnecessary communication - but I will make myself available when you want to talk.
Step 5: Offers and Closing‍ ‍When offers come. in, I will walk you through each one clearly and explain what the numbers mean and what the terms say and mean for you. From accepted offer to closing day, I handle the details, monitor the deadlines, and keep you informed every step of the way.
Janet was open and honest with us during the entire process. She kept us updated, but didn’t over communicate either. She was clear and always available to answer questions. She gave her opinion when we asked, but we always felt in control and that we were the ones making all the decisions.
